Security forces arrested two terrorist associates in the Dangiwacha area of North Kashmir’s Sopore on Saturday evening.
Official sources stated that during a search operation, a joint team of Jammu and Kashmir Police, the Army’s 32RR, and 92Bn CRPF arrested two individuals at Yarbugh in the Rafiabad area of Sopore.
A pistol, five 9mm rounds, two grenades, and Rs 10,600 in cash were recovered from their possession, the sources added.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Rashid Ahmad Bhat, son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, and Sajid Ismail Haroo, both residents of Arwani, Anantnag.
