Punjab: Woman, child narrowly escape as building collapses in Ludhiana

A woman and her two-year-old child had a narrow escape when a multi-storey building, which was a century old, collapsed in Punjab’s Ludhiana district on Tuesday, October 1. CCTV footage of the incident showed the woman trying to run away as the building collapsed. The also sustained minor injuries to her head and arms while trying to shield her child from injuries.
