Anti-pollution curbs imposed in Delhi again as air quality drops to ‘severe’

All non-essential construction work and plying of on BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel vehicles has been banned in Delhi-National Capital Region as the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) invoked curbs under stage-3 of anti-pollution measures, given the deteriorating air quality.
