Armed miscreants attacked security personnel in Manipur’s Tengnoupal district, leading to the death of a state police officer. On early Wednesday morning, armed miscreants threw bombs and opened fire at a security forces post near SBI Moreh. In response, the security forces engaged in gunfire, resulting in the the death of one personnel identified as W Somorjit IRB, according to the police.
