Congress criticises Centre’s election rule change

Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday strongly condemned the central government for amending election rules to limit access to poll documents, describing it as a deliberate attempt to compromise the Election Commission’s integrity.

Kharge accused the Centre of undermining the Election Commission’s independence, labeling the move as an assault on the Constitution and democracy.
