Farmers’ protest: Huge jams at Delhi’s borders with Gurgaon, Noida ahead of farmers’ ‘Delhi Chalo’ march


Massive traffic jams were witnessed at the Delhi borders with Gurugram and Noida on Tuesday as police put up concrete barricades to check vehicles entering the national capital.

More than 1 km traffic jam was seen on the Delhi-Meerut highway at Gazipur border with vehicles queued up on the route.

Stringent security measures are in place on Delhi’s borders and across the national capital region in view of the farmers’ ‘Delhi Chalo’ protest, set to begin today.
