Huge jam in Delhi-UP border as Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka stopped en route to Sambhal

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi reached Ghazipur border but barricades were placed by the authorities to prevent him from visiting Sambhal. Chaos broke out at the border when police closed the route, causing massive jams. Barricades were constructed across the road, causing traffic to come to a halt, and Congress workers were spotted attempting to climb over them while sloganeering.

Sambhal officials had asked neighbouring districts to stop the Congress leaders before they entered the district. The District Magistrate has written to authorities in Bulandshahr, Amroha, Ghaziabad, and Gautam Buddha Nagar, urging them to intercept the Gandhis at the border.
