Hyderabad man makes 1,265 kg laddoo for Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha

Nagabhushan Reddy, a native of Hyderabad, has prepared a laddoo wighing 1,265 kgs for the Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The Ram Temple Trust gave Reddy and his team time till 10 am on January 21 to ensure that the laddoo reaches its destination. 

To protect the sweet for its long journey, Reddy put the laddoo inside a glass cage. 

The preparation of the sweet took three days and Reddy said it will remain intact for a month. 

To ensure the occasion’s significance was embodied in his offering, Reddy ensured that the laddoo’s weight was the same as the number of days that had passed since the Bhumi Pujan. 

This ceremonial day, when the foundation stone for the construction of the Ram Temple was laid, falls 1,265 days before the consecration ceremony. In a symbolic gesture, Reddy directed the laddu’s weight to align with this memorable timeline.
