Kashmir hotter than Delhi as maximum temperature hits 15°C, highest in 20 years

The Kashmir Valley is undergoing a remarkable shift in weather patterns, with a staggering 100% deficit in snowfall recorded in January. On Saturday, the maximum temperature in Srinagar was recorded at 15 degrees, the highest temperature in the month of January in the last two decades.
