It’s the week of Thanksgiving 2021, and while some people might be ready to feast, they might not be ready to cook.
If you don’t want to sweat over casserole dishes and a bird in the oven, these restaurants and businesses are offering Thanksgiving takeout specials big enough for all your guests. Maybe you can even trick your friends and family into thinking you did put in some effort.
Some restaurants, who are trying to bounce back from COVID-19 restrictions, will be open for dine-in visits, while others may be closed or offer limited menus.
This year’s Thanksgiving meal is expected to cost more whether you cook it yourself or from a restaurant thanks to inflation and supply chain interruptions.
“Restaurant inflation is at a multi-decade high,” Michael Swanson, chief agricultural economist at Wells Fargo, told USA TODAY.
