Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who addressed the Indian community at the ‘Ahlan Modi’ event in Abu Dhabi, said Bharat is proud of its diaspora and also hailed the India-UAE ties.
Addressing the gathering, PM Modi said, “I have come to meet my family members. I have brought the fragrance of the soil where you were born and have brought the message of 140 crore people. The message is that Bharat is proud of you.”
He also said, “You people have scripted history. You belong to the people parts of India, and you also reside in different parts of the UAE. Every breath in this stadium is saying India-UAE ‘Dosti Zindabad’ (Long live India-UAE friendship).”
