Congress MP Pramod Tiwari on Saturday said that Ram Mandir was constructed as per Supreme Court’s orders, which was welcomed by all 140 crore Indians. “I am a Ram devotee not his salesman. I believe in Ram’s principle,” he said while speaking in the Rajya Sabha.
Claiming that those who believe in the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin Nathuram Godse, Tiwari asked why the temple was inaugurated before its completion. Terming it a political move ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, he claimed that the inauguration should have happened in November 2024 when the temple will be completed.
