The 108-feet incense stick, that reached Ayodhya from Gujarat for the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony, was lit in the presence of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra President Mahant Nrityagopal Das on Tuesday.
The incense stick, prepared in Vadodara. It is made from Panchgavya, havan materials and cow dung and weighs 3,500 kg. Its manufacturing cost is around Rs 5 lakh and It took six months to make it. Once lit, it can burn continuously for one and a half months.
