Ahead of the Nitish Kumar’s trust vote results on Monday in the Bihar Assembly, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav addressed the House. He mocked the Bihar Chief Minister and questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi if the latter can give a guarantee that Nitish Kumar won’t flip again.
He questioned, “Will PM Modi guarantee that Nitish Kumar won’t flip?”
Tejashwi also mocked Nitish Kumar over taking multiple oaths as Chief Minister by switching sides.
Ahead of the trust vote in Bihar Assembly, Awadh Bihari Chaudhary from Lalu Prasad Yadav’s RJD was removed as the Bihar assembly Speaker on Monday.
Furthermore, three RJD MLAs flipped to the Kumar-led NDA, causing a big jolt to the Opposition’s Mahagathbandhan alliance. Nitish Kumar has a comfortable majority ahead of the crucial floor test in the state assembly today. The NDA alliance needs a majority of 122 to win, and sources informed that Nitish Kumar has the backing of as many as 127 MLAs.
